DESCRIPTIONS
Black Marble Quartz is a stone with black as the base color and white texture superimposed. As a cost-effective stone among artificial quartz stones, it is very suitable for various high-end fine decoration styles.
It is made of more than 90% natural quartz, with a hardness comparable to diamond, and wear and scratch resistance. At the same time, it has anti-fouling and easy-to-clean properties, such as kitchen oil stains and bathroom water stains can be wiped clean; because this stone is resistant to high temperatures, even if a hot pot is directly served on the table, it will not leave any marks. PRODUCT PRODUCTION PROCESS
1. Raw material selection
Select natural quartz sand with a purity of up to 90%-95 % as the core raw material to ensure that the quartz particles are uniform in size and pure in texture, and to ensure the hardness and wear resistance of the product from the source.
Select environmentally friendly unsaturated polyester resin, and match it with professional pigments, antibacterial agents, curing agents, and other additives. Among them, pigments are used to mix black base and white texture, antibacterial agents enhance the antibacterial properties of products, and curing agents control the resin curing reaction.
2. Raw material mixing
According to the strict formula, quartz sand, resin, pigment, and additives are accurately measured and put into a high-speed mixer. During the mixing process, the speed and time are precisely controlled to fully mix the ingredients and form a mixture with good plasticity.
Transfer the mixed materials to the vacuum equipment to extract the internal air and eliminate the bubbles in the materials. This step can avoid defects such as pores and voids in the finished product and improve the density and strength of the board.
3. Molding and pressing
Fill the vacuum degassing material into the customized mold, determine the filling amount according to the product specifications, and ensure the accurate size of the plate.
Use vacuum high-pressure vibration molding technology. Under a high-pressure environment, high-frequency vibration is used to make the material densely stacked, exhaust residual air, and allow the resin to fully wrap the quartz particles to form a dense structure. This process can make the plate density reach 2.3-2.5g/cm³, significantly enhancing the hardness and impact resistance of the product.
4. Curing treatment
The formed plate is sent to a high-temperature curing furnace. Under certain temperature and time conditions (usually 80-120℃, about 2-4 hours), the resin is completely cured, so that the plate has stable physical and chemical properties, ensuring that it is not easy to deform or crack during long-term use.
5. Surface processing
Use high-precision thickness determination equipment to grind the cured plate, control the plate thickness error within ±0.5mm, ensure uniform thickness, and meet the needs of different application scenarios.
Use grinding heads of different mesh sizes for coarse grinding and fine grinding in sequence, gradually removing the processing marks on the surface of the plate, so that the surface flatness meets the standard requirements, and prepare for subsequent polishing.
Use professional polishing equipment and polishing agents to finely polish the surface of the plate. By adjusting the polishing pressure, speed, and polishing time, the surface of the plate forms a high-gloss mirror effect, and the gloss can reach 85-95 degrees.
6. Quality inspection
Manually check the surface of the plate one by one to ensure that there are no defects such as cracks, color spots, sand holes, etc., the texture distribution is natural and beautiful, and the color is uniform.
Use professional testing equipment to test the physical performance indicators of the plate, such as hardness, density, water absorption, and flexural strength, to ensure that all performances meet national standards and industry specifications.
Through acid and alkali corrosion tests and other methods, test the chemical corrosion resistance of the plate to verify its ability to resist stains and chemical corrosion in daily use.
7. Cutting and packaging
According to the customer's order requirements, use a high-precision cutting machine to cut the qualified boards into specified sizes and shapes, with neat and smooth cutting edges and a very small error control range.
Clean the cut boards and paste protective film to prevent surface scratches; use pearl cotton, foam board, and other cushioning materials to wrap the edges and surfaces of the boards and put them into sturdy wooden boxes to ensure that the boards are intact during transportation.
